Instructions

1. saute onion and garlic till tender
2. add flour and spices, toast for a few minutes
3. dissolve boullion in water (best if hot), add along with soy milk to the pot. heat a little bit then add in potatoes. bring to a simmer.stir in frozen vegetables and simmer 5 minutes more with the lid on.
