1. combine everything up to walnut & panko in the blender
2. toast walnuts in a pan 3 minutes. add panko and toast for 3 more minutes. add the mixture to the blender
3. process until chunky/smooth. top portions with olive oil, pomegranate, walnut and mint if making special mezze platter. no toppings for 12 ounce containers or mezze bowl
