Instructions

1. boil potato cubes 10-12 minutes until soft. drain and rice. add pumpkin and stir to combine
2. add flour and knead to soft but not stickydough
3. flour surface. divide dough into pieces, roll into 1/2" diameter ropes. cut into 3/4" pieces,
4. freeze in single layer. transfer to ziplocs. boil from freezing. cooked gnocchi will rise to the top
