1. preheat oven to 375F. lightly grease a baking sheet no parchment paper
2. combine dry ingredients in block one, use pastry cutter to work frozen butter into the dry ingredients. it should look like coarse crumbs.
3. add in the wet ingredients, mix. lightly flour a board or counter, knead the dough a few times then flatten into 1" disc. (disc should be the diameter of a small cambro lid). slice into 8 pieces. bake 10 minutes.
4. let the scones cool 15 minutes, glaze w the two types of glazes.
5. the glaze recipe for 8 makes enough for 16
