Instructions

1. preheat oven to 450. very lightly oil a baking sheet. no parchment paper
2. combine milk and ACV. set aside to curdle
3. whisk together dry ingredients. add the curdled milk and butter stir just until a dough forms, fold in cheese. minimal mixing
4. use a 1/4 cup measure to drop dough on the sheet. bake 12-15 minutes
