Instructions

1. combine soy milk and acv. set aside
2. in food processor pulse pistachio and sugar to get a fine ground
3. whisk together pistachio sugar with remaining dry ingredients
4. whisk together soy / vinegar mixture with remaining wet ingredients and add the dry ingredients to the wet. gently fold until just combined.
5. Preheat oven 350. grease and flour pans. bake 25-30 minutes. Chill before frosting
6. 700 grams per 8"round pan
