Instructions

1. mix pb and sugar until creamy
2. stir in soy milk and vanilla
3. add remainder of ingredients and mix. it will be tough to combine. use your hands to make it easier
4. scoop out 35g dough balls and flatten in a criss cross with a fork dipped in sugar
5. Bake at 350 8-10 minutes
6. make a thick paste with powdered sugar and milk. You can add a little food coloring if you'd like. it should be thin enough to drizzle slowly - not runny. once theyre cooled drizzle the cookies and allow to set
