Instructions

1. Combine soy milk with ACV & vanilla. Set aside to curdle 10 minutes
2. Sift flour and other ingredients in block 2 into a bowl
3. to the sifted dry ingredients, add curdled soy milk, boiling water, and oil. Stir until just moistened
4. Lightly oil pans and dust with cocoa powder. Add batter to pans bake in 325 oven 25 minutes
