1. kale is washed, de-stemmed and ripped into bite size pieces
1. Parmesan is made by combining ingredients and pulsing in small food processor until crumbly. Fill a 2 ounce container and nestle on top of the salad
3. Chickpeas are combined with spices and roasted in 400° oven for 25 minutes. Each salad gets 1/3 heaping cup of chickpeas.
