Instructions

1. run block 1 through a food processor, pulsing until all elements are very finely choppped
1. add block 2 and continue to pulse until smooth
1. combine block 3 then mix with contents of food processor. mix thoroughly to ensure even distribution. grease sheet pan thoroughly. portion in 1/2 cup measuring cup, shaping into even ly sided burgers
1. bake at 400 for 10m, flip, and bake for an additional 5m
