1. saute block one until translucent - about 5 minutes
2. add carrots, celery and seasonings. saute 5 minutes
3. add potatoes & cauliflower to the pot then add the broth. bring to a boil and simmer 15-20 minutes until all the vegetables are very tender - about 25-30 minutes
4. combine cashews and the rest of cream block to vitamix. process twice on highest time setting. stir cream into chowder.
