Instructions
1. Combine milk and flax, set aside for 5-10 minutes
2. whisk together dry ingredients in block 2
3. in the stand mixer, beat wet ingredients in block 3 until creamy. Put the mixer on low speed then add flour mixture in increments until all the dry ingredients are incorporated. Remove the bowl from the stand and stir in block 4 ingredients
4. Scoop into 35g rough balls and bake 350 8 minutes
