Instructions

1. in olive oil saute onion & mushroom until browned 8-10 minutes
2. Sprinkle in flour cook until brown 5 minutes
3. slowly whisk in veg stock a little at a time until smooth sauce forms. simmer 3 minutes to thicken. sesaon w tamari salt and pepper
