Instructions

1. Combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl whisk together the wet ingredients until smooth. Add the dry to the wet and stir until just mixed.
2. Chill dough in the fridge at least 30 minutes. Scoop 35 gram balls, then gently flatten slightly.
3. Bake on parchment lined sheet 6 minutes. Cookies should be set with a golden bottom. Cool on the sheet at least 15 minutes before handling
