1. Whisk together dry ingredients then in a separate bowl whisk together the wet ingredients. Add the liquids to the dry mix. Heat butter on a frying pan/griddle and drop batter in 1/4 cup increments. Three pancakes per serving
2. If making blueberry pancakes press 5 berries into each pancake, trying to cover the berries in batter so they don't burn when you flip them
