1. wash cauliflower and cut into bite size pieces. make a slurry from remaining ingredients in block 2. coat cauliflower with the slurry and allow it to drip off before placing on a parchment lined baking sheet. bake at 425 10 minutes. rotate and flip bake 10 minutes more until tender and golden. adjust baking time for commercial oven
2. combine yogurt and hot sauce. toss warm baked cauliflower in hot sauce mixture
