wash cauliflower and cut into bite size pieces. make a slurry from remaining ingredients in block 2. coat cauliflower with the slurry and allow it to drip off before placing on a parchment lined baking sheet. bake at 425 10 minutes. rotate and flip bake 10 minutes more until tender and golden. adjust baking time for commercial oven
