Instructions

1. simmer lentils and vegetable broth for 30 minutes then mash cooked lentils and any remaining broth until chunky
2. combine flax seed and water then set aside for 10 minutes to thicken
3. sautee onion through garlic until tender, then add the spices and tomato paste in block 4. continue to stir and saute for a few more minutes until warm, fragrant, and thoroughly combined
4. combine blocks 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 stirring until combined
7. Measure .75 cup or 135g per loaf
8. bake at 350 for 10 minutes. combine the final block glaze ingredients and evenly distribute over the loaves. Return to the oven and bake 10 minutes more until set
