Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheets with parchment
1. Beat softened butter with brown sugar using hand mixer until creamy
1. Add molasses and vanilla & beat until smooth
1. Combine flour with baking soda and spices and gradually add into the wet mixture, beating with mixer
1. Roll out 35g balls and roll into the sugar
1. Place on sheets, bake 10 minutes
