Instructions

1. Combine flour, cinnamon, ginger, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk together
1. Preheat oven to 350. Line muffin pan w parchment cups
1. Mix together flax and water & set aside
1. Stir together powdered sugar and orange juice then drizzle muffins with glaze
1. Make a well in the center of flour mixture, then add sugars, flax egg, yogurt, orange zest, melted butter, vanilla & orange juice. Mix the batter; it will be thick. Fold in the cranberries
1. Fill the muffin tins using the large scooper. Bake 22 minutes and allow to cool before glazing
