Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350
1. Use hand mixer to blend butter, sugar, and brown sugar together until creamy
1. Beat in milk, vanilla and ACV
1. Whisk together flour, corn starch, cinnamon, baking soda and salt, then add in thirds to the butter mixture and blend
1. Fold in the chocolate chips and graham crackers. Scoop into 35g heaps and place on the parchment. Push 3 mini marshmallows into the top of each cookie and bake 10 minutes.
