1. In another bowl combine and whisk flour, baking powder & soda and salt.
1. Add dry mix to wet mix and whisk until smooth and no lumps show, Do not overmix. Transfer mixture to the loaf pan & bake 40 minutes then lay a piece of foil over the top. Bake for 10 minutes more
1. Cool at least 3 hours before glazing
