Heat oven to 350. Line a loaf pan with 2 sheets of parchment cut to size

Stir together milk, lemon juice, yogurt, melted butter, vanilla & sugar

In another bowl combine and whisk flour, baking powder & soda and salt.

Add dry mix to wet mix and whisk until smooth and no lumps show, Do not overmix. Transfer mixture to the loaf pan & bake 40 minutes then lay a piece of foil over the top. Bake for 10 minutes more

Cool at least 3 hours before glazing
