1. Preheat oven to 350

1. mix flax and water & set aside to thicken

1. whisk together melted butter, sugars, flax egg, and vanilla

1. add flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder, then mix until just combined. do not over mix. fold in chocolate chips

1. using the large scoop, divide batter among greased muffin cups.

1. Bake 17 minutes, then let cool in pan 30-45 minutes before loosing sides and removing from muffin tin
