1. Preheat oven to 350. Line pans w parchment

1. Cream the butter with hand mixer. Add sugars and vanilla, continue to cream. Add pumpkin puree and continue to cream.

1. whisk together flour through cinnamon, then add the dry ingredients to the wet. Do not overmix.

1. Roll dough into 35g balls, flatten and sprinkle with raw sugar. Bake 10 minutes until very light golden brown
