1. preheat oven 425 & line sheets w parchment paper

1. cut tofu in half thickness, then in half again to make 4 rectangular chunks

1. combine tamari & first quantity of chili sauce and coat both sides tofu

1. sprinkle both sides with cornstarch using a sieve to prevent clumping

1. transfer tofu to baking sheet. bake 13 minutes. flip. bake 13 more minutes

1. brush tofu with the additional sweet chili sauce after baking
