Soak curls in water 15 minutes. Drain and Squeeze out excess water.

Combine bbq sauce, spice and lime juice, reserving half for later. Mix other half with the soy curls. Cover pans w 2 sheets of parchment overhanging edges to prevent burning and spread the curls on the sheets in a thin layer.

Bake curls at 400 10 minutes, flip them and bake 10 minutes more. Toss the curls with the reserved sauce and be sure to plate the curls with all of the sauce, spooning it over the top as you plate
