Bake sriracha tofu. Slice into blocks. Cook jasmine rice. When done, transfer to baking sheet lined with a damp kitchen towel. toss with 2-3 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar and cover with a second damp kitchen towel. transfer rice to refrigerator, making certain rice is re-covered w towel in between uses to retain moisture
