preheat oven to 350 with baking tray on the lowest shelf

blend block one until smooth

arrange puff pastry in muffin cups, add sausage and spinach reserving some sausage, pour egg mixture in then stud tops w a couple sausage pieces just below surface

place on lowest shelf. bake 25 minutes. check for doneness, soft and yielding egg with slight wobble.
