weigh out all of the milk then put a small portion of it in the blender with the spices, vanilla, and dates. (if you fill the blender too much it will overflow- it gets super frothy) Blend until the dates are completely broken down. combine the remainder of milk and blended date milk in a cambro. stir in chia seeds.
