Instructions

1. Combine block 1 in blender and process twice on highest setting
2. melt butter and combine with crushed crumbs
3. Add frozen cherries, sugar and water to a pot. Bring to a simmer and cook about 15-25 minutes until cherries are soft and falling apart. Remove from heat and add lemon juice
4. Assemble 1/2 cup crumble, 3/4 cup cheesecake mixture and 1/4 cup cherry compote
