Sautee onion and bell pepper until tender. Add paprika & salt, sautee for 3 minutes. Add potato & corn to pot, sautee for a few minutes then add veg broth. Bring to a boil & simmer until potatoes are tender.

In the queen, process cashews, nooch salt and pepper with about 1/3 of the soup. Try to use mostly the liquid from the soup for the processing - not the solids.
