Edit the Order of Instructions
In a saute pan over medium heat add butter and let it brown - 4 to 5 minutes until goldem then darker brown. Reduce to low add za'atar and lemon zest. Add tahini and lemon juice, swirl to mix. Keep warm until ready to use.
