1. add dry ingredients to bowl. cut in oil w pastry cuttter. add green onions and nooch, stir.
2. bit by bit add the soy milk and continue to stir until the dough comes together. dump on a floured surface and pull together into a disc about 1" thick and the diameter of a 4 liter cambro.
3. slice into 8 triangles arrange on parchment lined sheet. stir together the glaze and brush the tops before baking
4. bake in 400 oven 13 minutes until golden
5. serve w onion chutney or red pepper jelly
