Instructions

1. Remove rind from watermelon (I don't know what the best method to do this is).
2. Add all ingredients to blender. Make xanthan gum doesn’t clump.
3. Blend until there are no more chunks of watermelon or powder. This shouldn't take long (I'd like a better time).
4. Strain using strainer with the largest possible holes (the cylindrical salad strainer) to remove seeds.
