Baking times are approximate and cake should be checked before baking time in finished.

For cupcakes, use cupcake liners. Fill each with 65 grams of batter. Bake at 325, begin checking at 18 minutes. Best estimate is that a recipe for 2 discs should make around 24 cupcakes but this should be updated once we have a better count.

combine dry ingredients and use whisk to make sure everything is evenly disbursed. in a separate bowl mix together wet ingredients in block 2. Pour wet into dry and mix until just combined.

If using cake pans, lightly brush each pan with vegetable oil then dust with flour. 8" pans get 700g of batter
