Instructions

1. Melt v. butter for yo egg in non-stick pan. Keep at 350°. Cover pan with lid and cook for 5m. Watch that bottom of egg doesn’t burn
2. Toast both sides of sourdough slice on griddle. Add lots of butter before toasting
3. Layer in the following order from bottom to top: bread, avocado, tomato, feta, egg, black salt, salt, black pepper
