Bake for 50 minutes at 350° and check for doneness. The apples in the center should be very soft. If it's browning too quickly you may need to cover it with foil towards the end of baking. This took one hour in my home oven but we'll need to make adjustments. Let it cool for at least 30 minutes before serving. Slice once lengthwise, then twice width wise to make 6 portions.
