Edit the Order of Instructions
Combine block one in a microwave safe container. Heat gently in microwave until warm/hot - not boiling. Pour over pea crumbles and allow to sit at least 15 minutes.

Spread crumbles on parchment lined sheet and bake in 300 oven 7 minutes, toss and bake 7 more. Watch them so they don't burn - baking may need to be adjusted for the hobart oven
