Edit the Order of Instructions
Melt coconut oil. Cream together oil and sugar until smooth and fully blended. Stir in coconut milk and vanilla extract, stirring to completely blend.

To the wet ingredients, add flour, baking soda, baking powder & salt, being careful to distribute the baking soda & powder and salt evenly on top of the flour.

Stir the dough until all the flour has been incorporated but do not over mix. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Scoop out into rough balls 35g each, allowing space for cookies to spread. Bake at 350 6 minutes and sprinkle with flaky salt after removing from oven
