Edit the Order of Instructions
Combine marinade ingredients & soak soy curls at least an hour. Transfer curls with a little bit of marinade to a lined baking sheet. Save the extra marinade. Bake at 450 10 minutes, flip bake 10 minutes more until curls have dried out slightly and are starting to brown.

Remove from oven, sprinkle with lemon juice in block 2

When ready to serve, warm up in pan basting with a couple tablespoons of the leftover marinade.
