Instructions

1. Heat a little olive oil in a non stick pan and pan fry burger patties 3-4 minutes. Flip, add cheeze and place a lid on top. Fry for 3-4 minutes on 2nd side until golden and cheeze is melted.
2. Toast cut sides of brioche bun on griddle brushed lightly with oil.
