Instructions

1. Bread is toasted in a 300 oven 10-15 minutes until very dry and crispy. Flip halfway through to get both sides dry. Process in food processor until crumbs form. Toss with melted butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread on baking sheet and bake another 5 minutes until golden brown. Package in 4 ounce containers
