Boil cashew through salt until all the veg is tender. Drain, reserving the water for the sauce

Make the cheeze sauce by blending the boiled vegetables with the water from the boiled veggies through lemon juice.

Cook the pasta and drain. Combine sauce and hot pasta, folding gently so the pasta doesn't break. Fold in the peas, if using.
