1. Beat the shortening sugar and vanilla with whisk attachment
2. combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl and whisk. combine wet ingredients in another bowl and whisk
3. add half the wet ingredients to the shortening mixture and use paddle attachment to mix , then add half of dry ingredients keep stirring. add the rest of the wet , then the rest of the dry. blend until just combined
4. Grease sides of a 18x26 sheet pan, lay down a piece of parchment then grease the parchment. Pour the batter into the pan and smooth until very even and has no bumps. Bake in a 340 oven 24 minutes
