1. Use hand mixer to combine peanut butter and butter until smooth & combined. Add powdered sugar and rice Krispies then mix on low speed until combined.
2. Roll into 1 Tablespoon balls, 20 grams each, and place on a parchment lined sheet. Refrigerate 30 minutes
3. Melt chocolate chips and coconut milk in 30 second intervals. Dip balls in chocolate and pull out with fork allowing them to drip off excess. Place back on sheet and refrigerate to set. Package four balls per mini take out box and keep refrigerated
