Toss mushrooms with tamari and nooch and roast in the oven until tender - 350 oven 10 minutes or so.

Heat up some oilve oil in a pan and fry the onions until golden and tender

Brush the par-baked flatbread with a little olive oil. Sprinkle one chopped clove of garlic over the entire surface. Spoon on 1/3 cup melty cheese (90 grams) ,1/4 cup mushrooms (50 grams), 1/4 cup onions (25 grams) spreading the toppings so the entire surface is covered. The cheeze should be under the mushrooms and onions. Bake at 475F for 7-10 minutes. Sprinkle with flaky salt, red pepper flakes, a swizzle of balsamic vinegar, a bit of fresh thyme and freshly sliced basil strips
