Brush the par-baked flatbread with a little olive oil. Sprinkle one chopped clove of garlic over the entire surface. Spoon on 1/4 cup mushrooms (50 grams), 1/4 cup onions (25 grams) and 1/3 cup cheeze (90 grams), spreading the toppings so the entire surface is covered. Bake at 475F for 7-10 minutes. Torch the cheeze to brown it. Sprinkle with flaky salt, a swizzle of balsamic vinegar, a bit of fresh thyme and freshly sliced basil strips
