Dressing is balsamic through pepper. Package in 2 ounce containers

Toast walnuts in a 350 oven 3 minutes. Whisk together glaze ingredients (oil through cinnamon). Remove nuts from the oven and pour the glaze over them. Toss to ensure even coverage. Return to oven & bake until bubbly 5-7 minutes

One salad is 75 grams total greens - equal parts of spring mix and spinach, 18g feta (1/8 cup), 70g strawberries ( 1/2 cup), 7 grams very finely diced red onion ( 1 Tablespoon), 28g toasted glazed walnuts (1/4 cup), 32g dressing (in 2 ounce portion cup)

This recipe was adjusted 5/1/24. The dressing amount should be correct now. Unfortunately the entire recipe will also make more so the ratio of salad to dressing may be off. After making, please let me know if they're out of balance and I'll separate the dressing from the salad portion to correct
