Preheat oven to 350 & line muffin tin with paper liners

Make the streusel topping by combining flour through melted butter. Stir until big clumps form , then refrigerate

Combine second quantity of flour through cinnamon and whisk until combined well

Add melted butter through yogurt to the dry ingredients and stir. Mix together brown sugar & cinnamon to make cinnamon layer

Scoop 1/2 the batter into the muffin papers. Distribute cinnamon sugar layer evenly among the tins and top with remaining batter. Top muffins with streusel. Theyre gonna be big boys

Bake 23 minutes. Watch the tops so the streusel doesnt get too brown. They should be ok at 23 minutes

Try to bake them early enough so that they can sit undisturbed for 30 minutes or so. If you eat them right away they'll be gummy
