Edit the Order of Instructions
Mix all ingredients except tofu and cornstarch to prepare marinade. Tear tofu into chunks and marinate a few hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 375.

Oil parchment lined sheet lightly with olive oil. Arrange chunks loosely in a single layer then dust with cornstarch using a sieve. Bake 15 minutes then flip pieces around, brush with more marinade, dust with more cornstarch, return to oven for 15 more minutes.
